In addition to our normal services, we also enter into Service Level Agreements (SLA)
with clients should this be required.

A SLA is an agreement or contract between CompuWeb (the service provider) and a
Client which details the obligations and expectations of the relationship. Working with a
service provider has many benefits, but to get the most out of this relationship an SLA
should be put in place. The SLA functions as a blueprint of the service the provider will
provide and the cost of services.

Each SLA are drafted specifically for a client and are not one size fits all. The SLA
would for example stipulate all the services, call outs and on-line support supplied by
CompuWeb monthly at a pre-agreed fee. This helps clients with their budgeting as there
one monthly fee and it also supplies clients with the comfort of knowing they have
dedicated IT support available.
